We have been here for almost 2 years. We have been blessed to find this place, since day one all the management team here ... has been very kind, very professional, so fantastic with us, and they work very fast the technical request done online :) :) :) Wendy Rivera, Oana, Pauline, Ray, Jan Pier, and all the management team always have us informed of all the amazing things happening here at the landing ranch apartments. One thing that me and my family were impressed by the team management since day one is that here all of them always care about us, and we see this place of part of our family. Definitively we consider Boot Ranch apartments the best place in this area, we visited many places before coming here, and we never experienced all the great thing we have had here at boot ranch. I moved to this property about three months ago and so far so good, but I am writing this review mainly for my experience ... with the leasing office/Pauline who was my leasing agent. I was impressed by her thoroughness from the day I contacted the office to the day of moving. Pauline is an asset to this company and she acts as an owner not a leasing agent. She takes care of her customers and make sure they are comfortable and happy. She treated us (daughter and me) as if we were not just customers but as if we matter to her. There isn't a day I called to ask questions that Pauline was not ready to assist and please. I am delighted that I had her as my leasing agent. I will recommend her to my friends and family anytime. I hope the company realizes how important she is to the company, and how serious she takes her position. I give a five stars to Pauline. I have to say thank you to the staff at boot ranch i moved there a year ago and haven't had any issuues,the a/c went out ... and the maintenance crew was prompt on making sure my family and i got a new one asap! I called the property manager wendy and she was very polite and assure me that they would handle it and everything will be done by the time i get home from work and it was ! Thanks again to the staff at boot ranch i recommend this place to anyone ,nice and spacious apartment living ,comfortable and quiet atmosphere love living here! They have a beautiful setting surrounded by nature.. Every morning I look off my patio I am faced with 6 deer grazing along ... lake tarpon... Who wouldn't love that?
