Please see the following important update from Pinellas County regarding help paying back rent:

Pinellas County Emergency Rental Assistance applications are now OPEN.

Need help paying rent? Here’s how to apply:

Step 1: Contact your landlord or property management company and let them know you are seeking help due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order for Pinellas County to process rent payments, landlords will need to complete a brief landlord application, which will allow them to securely upload their W-9 information for payment processing.

Step 2: Check whether your household is eligible for assistance (see below and read the FAQ page)

Step 3: Gather your documents for the application (details on the FAQ page here).

Step 4: Create an account and apply via the secure Neighborly application portal
